Saint Thomas Aquinas High School (Overland Park, KS) is in search of the next President who will begin the job on July 1, 2020. The school seeks a dynamic, inspirational, visionary leader who is a practicing Catholic and will be committed to the school's mission and core values. Saint Thomas Aquinas was established at its current site in 1988, but traces its roots back to St. Joseph Parish High School in Shawnee, KS. It is an Archdiocesan-sponsored coed, 9-12 high school serving 929 students. The next President will provide the spiritual and educational leadership to carry on its mission as a Catholic high school and develop the necessary relationships with the community through pragmatic decsion-making and planning.
The President is responsible for implementing the policies of the Saint Thomas Aquinas Board of Trustees and the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. S/he oversees the operations of the President's office and school's general operations, finances, institutional advancement and fundraising efforts, marketing, branding and public relations efforts, alumni relations and maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant.
