Padua Academy, a diocesan all-girls high school rooted in the Catholic faith, seeks applicants interested in joining the school’s Campus Ministry team. The Coordinator will contribute to the planning and organizing of spiritual formation programs for students and faculty in accordance with the mission of the school. Responsibilities will include collaborative facilitation of liturgies, prayer services, and retreat programs. This staff member will have a part-time teaching load in the Religious Studies department. Interested candidates must have a foundation in the lived faith and a passion for evangelization to impactfully contribute to Campus Ministry programming.
Responsibilities
Understands the centrality of faith formation in the mission of Catholic education
Encourages spiritual formation through programming that offers accessible experiences for students to engage and grow in faith
Creates meaningful community prayer services
Incorporates experiences and resources to enrich the teaching and learning process in and out of the classroom
Sustains a supportive classroom environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry or related field
Previous ministry experience
Previous teaching experience preferred
Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
Must be a practicing Catholic with an active sacramental and faith life
