SACRED HEART SEMINARY AND SCHOOL OF THEOLOGY seeks a Roman Catholic priest for a full-time, graduate-level seminary appointment to serve as our Vice President of Formation Programs starting July 2024. The Vice President of Formation Programs is responsible to the President-Rector for the implementation of policies and procedures related to the spiritual, human and pastoral formation programs for seminarians enrolled at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology. The right candidate will have proven leadership and team collaboration skills, preferably in a seminary environment. The Formation Programs team is comprised of formation advisors, spiritual directors, pastoral placement supervisors, the Director of Liturgy and the Director of Music. The VP for Formation Programs will support all aspects of the seminarian’s formation journey from orientation, meeting with seminarian sponsors, seminarian assessments to graduation.
