The Sisters of St. Joseph are seeking a full time Spirituality Program Director with a January 2023 start date, to develop and integrate appropriate and comprehensive spiritual programs that provide space for care, contemplation, education and healing. A successful director will demonstrate strong self-motivation and decision-making skills, ability to conceptualize and implement retreats and activities aligned with the charism, spirituality and mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph. A good communicator who cultivates relationships with partners in mission, advocates, educators, farmers, interfaith communities, young people and neighbors to help reimagine how to nurture connections and live as a sacred community. Master's degree in theology and/or pastoral ministry is desirable with a minimum of 3 years relevant spirituality and retreat ministry experience.
