The director serves as the primary contact for retreat guests and groups, providing exceptional Benedictine hospitality while overseeing retreat scheduling, accommodations, event logistics, and daily operations. The position collaborates with Sisters, staff, volunteers, presenters, and community partners to create welcoming, faith-filled retreat experiences. Because retreats and special events often occur outside of regular business hours, the director must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
