Climate Crisis and Ecological Conversion online coference

Saturday, June 20, 2020
10 a.m. EDT

Like the COVID-19, the climate crisis challenges humanity to a radical transformation: spiritual, moral, social, economic, and political.

We, Franciscans, believe that listening to “the Voices of the People” from around the globe, their struggles, and aspirations are critically important. The Holy Spirit speaks to us through them.

Br. Jacek Orzechowski, OFM, will lead the webinar. He will be joined by three presenters: Br. Joe McKay, OFM, from Australia, Junghee Min from South Korea, and Steeven Kezamutima, OFS, from Kenya. We will hear from them about the impacts of the climate crisis on the vulnerable communities and what is being done in response.

Join us for a lively presentation and discussion facilitated by Russell Testa.
