Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York and chair of Catholic Near East Welfare Association (CNEWA), recently spent a week, April 6-12, 2016, in Iraqi Kurdistan on a pastoral visit to that region's displaced Christian families. National Catholic Reporter's Tom Gallagher was a part of this small delegation that included fellow CNEWA board member, Bishop William Murphy of the diocese of Rockville Centre, N.Y., and Msgr. Kevin Sullivan, head of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York.

Upon their return, Cardinal Dolan, Tom Gallagher and Msgr. Sullivan discussed their trip on "Conversations with the Cardinal," simulcast on SiriusXM radio's The Catholic Channel and on Telecare TV, the Rockville Centre diocesan television, which is aired on cable channels throughout the greater New York City area. (The show is about 20 minutes long.) Gallagher is scheduled to appear on Bishop Murphy's Telecare show, "Catholic Perspectives," next week. Check the Telecare schedule link here for show times.
