When Dr. Robert (Bob) McCarty Bob realized that he and his peers, often called “the wisdom generation,” had much to offer and would not be content with rocking away their retirement on the front porch. So, Bob decided that he would not retire, but rather would recalibrate, prayerfully and deliberately carving out a new season. In this workshop for NCR Forward members, Bob shared his recalibration process, as well as the wisdom he has picked up along the way.
