At the new, Knights of Columbus funded Crux, John Allen writes that the forthcoming apostolic exhortation may prove to be no big deal. I could not disagree more and will set forth my reasons in the next day or two.  

Mark Silk, at RNS, on how the nones are voting this year. I am not sure  would dub this the "year of the nones" but it is interesting to see how they are voting, and why some back Bernie and others back Trump. 

At Mosaic, a typically elegant essay by Peter Berkowtz, who challenges the idea that there is need of a "new Zionism." The "old Zionism" is just fine.
