One of the New Cardinals: Abp Onaiyekan

Archbishop John Onaiyekan of Abuja, Nigeria, was named a cardinal by the Holy Father this morning. Abp Onaiyekan was in Washington last month to participate in the symposium on International Religious Liberty sponsored by the Institute for Policy Research & Catholic Studies at CUA, the USCCB and CRS. Here is a link to the video of the panel on which Abp Onaiyekan participated.  (For the first few minutes, we were struggling to close off the access to the adjoining room, so there is a bit of background noise, but that disappears after a couple of minutes.)
