Comments closed on NCRonline.org for Fourth of July weekend

You may have noticed a key feature of NCRonline.org missing today: the comments section. (Or maybe you noticed and are glad for the respite.)

Our office is closed for the Fourth of July holiday, and we have decided it will be easier on our staff to turn off the comments system for the weekend. So write down what you want to say and come back Monday morning to share your thoughts on the stories, blogs and columns posted today!

Have a wonderful weekend. We will see you all on Monday.

Support independent reporting on important issues.
