Tip of the hat to Dave Gibson over at Religion News Service. He highlights a speech by Sen. Mike Lee of Utah, a leading conservative in the Republican Party, at the Heritage Foundation. Is change in the air? The headline on the National Review Online reads: "What’s Next for Conservatives: A reform agenda."
