Rita Joseph is a New Delhi-based journalist who has worked for the nationwide Press Trust of India and as features editor of The Statesman, an English-language daily newspaper in India. She writes for media outlets in India and the United States, including Matters India, a news portal that collaborates with GSR and focuses on religious and social issues.

Elisabeth Auvillain is a French freelance writer who lives in Paris, where she was born and raised. She started her career in London then lived in Austria, Switzerland, Pakistan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Germany before coming back to France. She worked mainly as a correspondent for the French Catholic daily La Croix and for Radio France Internationale. 

Tracy L. Barnett is an independent writer, editor and photographer specializing in environmental issues, indigenous rights and sustainable travel. Cody Weddle is a multimedia freelance journalist located in Caracas, Venezuela. Originally from rural southwest Virginia, he moved to Venezuela nearly three years ago. He previously worked as an anchor and correspondent for a Latin American international news channel and in local TV news in the United States. Linda Romey is a Benedictine Sister of Erie, Pennsylvania. She previously worked seven years in Colombia, partially under the aegis of the Denver Archdiocese. A former marketing and advertising manager for the National Catholic Reporter Publishing Company, she holds a bachelor's degree in theology and an MBA. She is the community's communications and development coordinator and serves on the community's Monastic Council.

Lourdes López Munguía is a Franciscan Missionary of Mary from Mexico who now lives in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She is a professional psychologist, trained in accompaniment. She received novitiate formation in Managua, Nicaragua, and ministered in Chile, the United States, Tunisia and Congo.

Dana Wachter is a freelance journalist and digital storyteller now based in London, Ontario. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, the University of Maryland graduate spent nearly seven years as a television anchor and reporter in Tennessee, Virginia, and North and South Carolina. After moving to Ghana to manage communications for a nonprofit, Challenging Heights, she first filed video content for Global Sisters Report. 

Tracey Horan is a member of the Sisters of Providence of St. Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana. Her first deep conversation with this community occurred in a melon patch during her time as an intern at the Sisters' White Violet Center for Eco-Justice.
