Distinctly Catholic: This tax bill does nothing to address our new Gilded Age, in which the very rich are obscenely rich and the very poor lack opportunity and basic necessities.

Tax policy is not a simple matter.  Still, Congress is trying to simplify the tax code to deliver on President Donald Trump's campaign promise to cut taxes for the middle class.
